Position Overview:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the company’s database, tracking their progress through the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including resumes, assessments, and background checks, to support candidate placements.

Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about current industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive landscape within the light industrial sector.
  • Analyze and interpret market data to make informed decisions regarding candidate sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or a related field, preferably within the light industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of light industrial job roles, skills, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office suite.
