Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Staffing Client Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a keen ability to understand client requirements and align them with our staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing relationships to become a trusted partner.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their workforce needs, challenges, and goals, and proactively offer staffing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and status meetings to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

Candidate Management:

  • Facilitate candidate interviews and placements, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, anticipating client needs and proactively sourcing talent to meet demand.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and guide them through the hiring process.

Contract and Agreement Management:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Monitor contract compliance and service delivery, addressing any issues or deviations promptly.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Regularly analyze key performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction scores.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, showcasing the value and impact of our staffing services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field experience.
  • 5 years of experience in client relationship management/account management in staffing/recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
